結局、同じパターンの繰り返しでしかない。

案件によって、仕事の手順を変えることは無く、着手から完了まで、流れは一緒で、パターン化され、自動的に作業をしていることも多い。

作業と呼べることは、単純なことや繰り返しのことで、特に作業中に何かを決断する必要も無いことなので、1人で複数の仕事を全てこなそうとすると、意外とこの作業と呼べることの量が多いから、パターン化し自動的に行い、考えたり、決断したりすることに時間を多く割り当てようとする。

作業と呼べることのパターン化は、何でもそうだから、プライベートでも、掃除にして、考えてみると、案外同じことを繰り返しているので、朝起きてから家を出るまで、大体同じパターンだったりするから、もちろん、パターン化にコツはあり、選択しないようにするとかはあるけれど、意外と簡単にできるが、考えたり、決断したりすることもパターン化、というか、よくよく思い返してみると、そういう時も大体同じ行動をしているから、できそうだが、時間が読めない。

パターン化の1番のメリットは時間が読めることだから、時間が読めないとパターン化する意味が無い。

考えたり、決断したりすることをパターン化するには、同じ時間で結果が出るようにしなければならない。それをやろうとすると、試験と同じで、制限時間内に答えを出すことに、何ごとにも締め切りはあるので、制限時間を設けるのは当たり前のことだから、仕方がないと、まず、時間設定をして最適解を出す、それをパターン化する、結局、当たり前のように、ここに行き着く。

時間をかければ良い物ができる、締め切りよりも良い物、納得できる物ができないと意味が無い、良い物をつくるためには多少時間をオーバーしても良いだろう、とのせめぎ合い、それもパターン化の前では霞む。

The first merit of patterning is that you can read time, so if you can not read time, there is no point in patterning.

To pattern thinking and making decisions, we need to get the results in the same time.
