装飾に可能性

身近なところで「装飾」というと、着飾るための服がある。京都大学柳沢研究室『装飾と住居』によると「装飾は秩序」だという。

身に付ける服は、自分と外の世界を繋げて調整してくれるのもののひとつで、自分がこれから行こうとする場所に合わせて洋服を選択する行為は、すでに服が調整役であり、繋げ役であり、服そのものが外の世界での秩序をもたらすものになっている。

また「装飾」が自分と外の世界を繋げて調整してくれる存在ならば、日常とどのような関係性を築くかが装飾になる。だから、装飾には日常が現れる、その装飾で空間ができあがれば、その空間は日常を反映する。日常が人の気分や感情で成り立っているならば、その空間は人の気分や感情を反映するだろう。

などと考えていくと「装飾」にはまだまだ可能性があると思ってしまう。

Also, if "decoration" exists to connect and coordinate with the outside world, what kind of relationship with everyday life is decoration. Therefore, everyday life appears in the decoration. If the space is created by the decoration, the space reflects the daily life. If everyday life is made up of people's moods and feelings, the space will reflect people's moods and feelings.

I think that "decoration" has more possibilities.
