入れ子のコンテクスト

自らの中にコンテクストを見つける行為は改修の場においてみられる。周辺のコンテクストに相対する既存の建築があり、その既存の建築を残しながら何かを変える時、今度は既存の建築の中にコンテクストを見出すことになる。

周辺のコンテクストの中に別のコンテクストを見つけ出し設定する行為は入れ子状態であり、コンテクストが重層し、それに対応するだけで建築の自律性が高まると考えられる。

ならば、自らの中に見つけ出すコンテクストは他律性の高いものにすれば、自律と他律の両方の性質を兼ね備えた建築になり、建築がどのような場面でも魅力的に見えるようになるのではないかと考えた。
