見てない

見てるようで見てないのです。1日にどのくらいの数の建築を見ますか、通勤や通学、外出をすれば、その数は無数に近い。しかし、夜に振り返って思い出せますか、昼間見た建築を。見てはいるけれど意識に上がってこない状態です。

建築は何気ない風景の一部であり、大きな変化でもない限り印象に残らないのが現実でしょう。だから、その印象を深いものにしたい。

人に印象を残すことは建築以外でも実はなかなか難しいことかもしれません。きっと印象に残す手法があるようでハッキリとわからない人が多いから、全ての人に満遍なく好印象を与えようとし過ぎるからです。

"did not see"

It seems to be watching, but not watching. How many buildings do you see in a day? If you commute to work, go to school, or go out, the number is close to innumerable. But can you recall the architecture you saw in the daytime? I'm watching it, but I'm not conscious of it.

Architecture is part of a casual landscape, and the reality is that it won't leave an impression unless it's a big change. Therefore, I want to deepen that impression.

It may be quite difficult to leave an impression on people other than architecture. There seems to be a method to leave an impression on many people, and many people don't understand it clearly, so they try to give a good impression to everyone.
