小規模な部分と全体

機能が階層構造になっていて全体がつくられる建築よりも独立した部分が機能を担保し、その部分が並列に並び、その並列に並ぶ部分の集合した様が建築として形づくられる方が面白いと考えているが、そのような建築はある程度の規模がないと難しいかもしれない。

しかし、部分の捉え方などにより規模とは関係なしに実現できないかと考えてみる。

規模が小さいということは部分も自ずと小さくなる。部分が小さい故に、部分に当てはまりそうな規模をヒントに部分を捉え直してみる。そうして部分を捉えることができれば、全体としての建築が自ずと見えてくる。
