記憶を中和する試み

時間のサイクルを建替えの歴史で表現できると思い、時代毎のプランを重ねてみた。そこに現れるのは時間のサイクルがもたらした記憶の痕跡の重なりであり、痕跡はそのまま愛着と結びつくかもしれない。

時間がサイクルしても記憶や愛着をつなげるためにプランの重なりの中から何を抽出するか。重なり具合の違いや密度の違いは、その場所で生活した人達特有のものであり、固有のアクティビティとも読み取れる。

プランの重なりにさらに新しいプランを重ねてみる。その時に重なり具合の違いや密度の違いをより強調するのか、中和するのか。強調する方が時間がサイクルしても記憶や愛着をつなぐことにはなるが、重なり具合の違いや密度の違いに呼応したことにより中和が行われるのであれば、新しいプランは今までとは全く違うものになりつつもつながりはつくることになり、それならば中和する方が面白いかもしれないと考えた。
